Q: Can I request smoking/non-smoking rooms?
A: No, you can't. As per July 1 2008 by Dutch law ALL hotels, restaurants, bars, café's and all public areas are NON SMOKING.
Q: I need a large bed because I am very tall. Is that possible?
A: If you let us know what your special wishes are we will request this with the hotel of your choice and let you know what the options are
Q: How do I receive my tickets for the festival?
A: Your tickets will be waiting for you at the reception of your hotel on Friday, July 9 2010. In some hotels there will be a special North Sea Jazz Hotels hospitality desk in the lobby of your hotel. Our hostess will hand you the reserved tickets for the festival.
Q: What happens if I cancel my booking after I have paid you in full?
